The OxCOVID19 Project started a collaboration with the COVID-19 International Modelling Consortium (CoMo Consortium) to provide data for the CoMo model. To facilate this, members of the CoMo consortium (Ernest Guevarra, Chris Mercado, Robert Medina) have written an R API (oxcovid19) to the OxCOVID19 Database.
